In 2020, I decided to put my passion for health and wellness into practice and became a Certified Health Coach, graduating from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN). Since then, I’ve been passionate to help people reconnect with their health, build sustainable habits, and feel more energized, confident, and balanced in their everyday lives.
