Having a healthy relationship with food has been transformative for me. It’s not just about what I eat; it’s about understanding how the foods I choose impact my overall well-being.
By focusing on whole, nutrient-dense foods rather than processed options, I’ve experienced significant improvements in my overall health. This shift has allowed me to nourish my body mindfully and enjoy all meals without guilt or anxiety.
I’ve also come to appreciate the importance of balance and moderation. allowing myself to indulge when I really want to while prioritizing nourishment most of the time. You may have heard what is commonly referred to as 80/20 rule, 80% whole foods 20% “other” foods (processed, fast foods, candy, treats, etc).
In sharing simple meals, I hope to inspire others to embark on their own healing journey through food. While it’s just one part of the story, it’s an important one! Understanding our choices empowers us and fosters a greater appreciation for our bodies.
