Vitamins and Supplements

Ideally we would get most of our nutrients by consuming the the foods we eat. But over the years we’ve learned that it’s not very sustainable to accomplish that in our modern world. There are several factors that effect the quality – the soil depletion, food processing, gut microbiome issues and last but not least, stress & lifestyle!

Taking this into consideration, it’s important to incorporate vitamins and supplements into our diets to help fill nutritional gaps.

My personal stack is

  • Vitamin D3
  • Probiotic
  • Magnesium Glycinate
  • Multivitamin
  • Selenium
  • I used to take a Omega 3 supplement and I need to get that added back in!

When I or someone that I know gets sick, I’m always bringing out my supplement stack below.

  • Zinc
  • Vitamin C
  • Oil of Oregano
  • Black Seed Oil – one I’ve started to use this year.
  • Wellness shots – you can buy them at the store or if you have the energy, you can make some yourself. Make a shot with lemon, ginger, turmeric, black pepper
